Hello ATLE Folks!
I am the helpdesk coordinator. I prefer the title of tech wrangler! My specialty is customer service! I worry about the front end while the tech boys work the back end. I manage the helpdesk, route techs, follow up with end user to make sure they are happy, I am the purchaser, inventory manager, and logistics expert! Teachers, Admin, School Support staff trust when they call me, that I will get their issue FIXED FAST !
I am a California girl who calls Cardston, Alberta home. I love to kayak, fish, houseboat, coach soccer and play with my family! I'm married to Darren, who teaches high school art, we have 4 kids and I have a soccer club (been president for the last 20+ years... Cardston Soccer Club.)
