Karen helps Education customers in Canada get the most out of Azure.  After doing the same with Office 365 and Azure AD Premium, she decided that Azure was the best.  Before seeing the light, she did lots of work with Unix and Java at IBM and Sun, only to realize that Microsoft was better.
